Chris Knight Motorcycles is an on-line motorcycle parts shop with an extensive range of quality spare parts and accessories for British classic motorcycles. When we started - 15 years ago, we tried to stock as much as possible for the unit contruction Triumphs, Norton Dominator, Atlas, 650 and Commando and some of the A50 and A65 BSAs.
Over the course of the last year or so, we have have started to change the stock we carry. We still have a wide range of parts for the above mentioned motorcycles, but have started to concentrate on a range of really good quality, batch produced parts, mainly from England, for the Trition and Cafe Racers. We search for good original parts made by people like John Tickle, Paul Dunstall and Eddie Dow. We are the sole distributors for Dresda Triton parts.
The on-line shop will start to change over the next few months to reflect these changes. Tell us what you think about the new range or whether you can suggest any additions and we will try to source it.
The website has been designed to be really easy to use. Parts are listed under assembly headings - just like the parts books! You can also search by description or by part number.
We have added a Blog to the site so you can make your own comments. In this new Blog section we will feature the new products we have for sale as well as let you know about products back in stock.
Payment can be made on-line using the Shopping Cart and entering your Credit or Debit card details. The Shopping Cart is completely secure. You can also pay by PayPal.

New Products in Stock
We have a Grimeca 4 leading shoe brake drum - 9 inch 230mm across the brake shoes. This brake drum is in excellent, used condition. It is listed under the Brakes and Wheels section/Wheels and Hubs.
Lucas have produced some new 8FL flasher units for motorcycles with 12v systems. The flasher unit is direct replacement for the 8FL flasher unit - fitted to many classic bikes in the 1970s and 1980s. The flasher unit has been given a new Lucas part number SFB115. It is listed under the electrics section:
We have obtained a few new old stock clip on handlebars made by John Tickle - packed in their original boxes. There is a range of sizes - fork fitting sizes. They are listed under the Handlebar - Clip On Handlebar section of the web-site.
New racing seats are now in stock. We have a range of wide- and slimline seats - longer and standard seats to fit Tritons and other cafe racers with Norton Featherbed frames. These are listed under Frame - Seats.
Back in Stock
British made, quality fork stanchions/fork tubes are back in stock for the Triumph and BSA motorcycles with conical hubs and for the Triumph disc models - after a long wait! They are listed under the Forks section - Stanchions.
We have managed to find a few new old stock, genuine Lucas L917 tail/rear lights as fitted to the later Triumph and Norton models. We only have a few of them. They are listed under the Lights, Lenses and Indicators section under the Products tab - Rear Lights and Lenses.
Stainless steel handlebars are back in stock. These are specially made for us and are made from very high quality stainless steel and then polished. They can be drilled or shortened without compromisiing the finish! We have them for Velocette, Triumph, BSA and Norton/Vincent models but they may be fitted to any bike with 7/8 inch (22mm) bars.

External Spring Kit - Norton Short Roadholder Forks
Price: £75.00 (Excluding VAT at 20%)
External spring kit for the Norton Short-Roadholder forks comprising a pair of chromed progressive fork springs, internal aluminium fork rods and machined alloy fork seal holders. The fork seal holders have recesses in them for tightening. They also have a seal in the top which acts as a "bed" for the fork springs. This does not replace the fork seal in the forks themsevles. The aluminium rods are slightly longer than standard to allow for more adjustment. This External Spring Kit is made by Dresda with Tritons in mind.

Alloy Brake and Clutch Lever - Replica Tommaselli - 7/8 inch (22mm) bar

A pair of alloy (aluminium) Tommaselli replica brake and clutch levers. These levers have a rotary cable adjuster. There is a rubber gaiter where the cable connects to the lever bracket and the ball-end also has a rubber cover. The handlebar clamp fastens with 2 bolts. These are lovely light-weight levers with good leverage. They look superb on special bikes: cafe racers, Tritons, bobbers and custom bikes.

A new stainless steel barrel and stud assembly for the hydraulic brake system on Classic Triumph and Norton motorcycles: Triumph T140, T150, T160 and Norton Commando with disc brakes. These are made to a very high standard and are fully assembled and ready for immediate fitment to your master cylinder housing; full assembly & fitting instructions are included . This is made by L F Harris and is a direct replacement for the original part.
This will fit the front and rear master cylinders on the Triumph models and the rear on the Commando.

Alloy Headlight Brackets with Shims - Triton - Cafe Racer

A pair of polished alloy headlight brackets with shims. These brackets can be fitted to forks with diameters from 34mm to 40mm. The shims are shaped plastic inserts.
The brackets arms are 4 inches (100mm) long. The height of the bracket is 2 inches (50mm). The screw/fastening hole is inset to give a good flat surface for the washer and bolt. These certainly have a classic, quality look and would grace any Cafe Racer, Triton, Bobber or any other special motorcycle.
