We have finally relocated our operation to Normandy in Northern France. Over the course of the next few weeks, we will be modifying the postage/carriage charges to reflect our new location but in the meantime will honour the costs given when you check out your order.

Chris Knight Motorcycles is a small company. This is our on-line motorcycle parts shop with an extensive range of quality spare parts and accessories for British classic motorcycles and Cafe Racers - Tritons in particular. We are the sole agents in the UK for Dresda Triton parts.

We try our hardest to supply the best quality parts you could wish for, whether you are building the cafe racer of your dreams or are maintaining your existing, well loved motorbike.

Payment can be made on-line using the Shopping Cart and entering your Credit or Debit card details. The Shopping Cart is completely secure and is processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option,
PayPal will process your credit or debit card on our behalf. If you wish to use this option choose: PayPal Website Pro.

You can of course pay using your own PayPal Account if you have one. Choose PayPal Express Checkout for this option.

Postage and Carriage

Postage is automatically calculated based upon the total weight of the parts in your shopping cart. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for delivery within the UK and Royal Mail and other carriers for International carriage. Orders are sent by Signed for or Tracked postage and we do our best to despatch your order quickly.

We have had these polished alloy "Y" Style Mudguard brackets made in England for the alloy Manx style mudguards we sell. The brackets are sold as a pair.

The brackets have hole centres of 1 1/2 inches - to fit Norton Short Roadholder forks. The hole centres at the wider end, for the muguard is 5 inches. These are made and polished in England.

Aluminium Handlebar Clamp for the Lucas 169SA switch assemblies. The clamp secures the switch half to the handlebar and has the pivot for the clutch or brake lever. This is a second-hand clamp in very good condition but may need polishing.

We also stock the arm with the square hole - listed separately. The arm is 4 inches long. The arm is raised by 5/8 inch at the bend.

Alloy Rear Manx Mudguard - Triton - Cafe Racer

British made, top-quality rear mudguard made from heavy duty aluminium to fit 18 and 19 inch rear wheel. The mudguard is beaded on the front edge and on both sides. There is a crease towards the back of the mudguard/fender to accommodate the swinging arm. These have rounded profile and a smooth finish but are not polished. They will polish to a high sheen if required or can be painted if a painted finish is preferred. The mudguard is made by the original mudguard manufacturers to Norton Motors Ltd.

6 1/2 inches (160 mm) (measured across the curve of the mudguard)

Dresda Box Section Swinging Arm - Norton Rear Wheel

A box section Triton swinging arm manufactured by Dresda Autos to fit the Norton Featherbed frame - either wideline or slimline. The rear spindle is suitable for the standard Norton rear hub. A spacer tube is included to separate the 2 wheel bearings. The swinging arm is fitted with rear chain adjusters. It has taper roller bearings at the pivot point on the swinging arm. The finish is stove enamelled black. The swinging arm is suitable for use with a pre-unit or unit Triumph engine. The box section swinging arm is wider than the standard featherbed swinging arm and can therefore accommodate a wider back tyre.

The wheel end of the fork has an internal width of 8 inches.

A second had/pre-owned cafe racer ceat with black leatherette seat section fitted with press-studs to the base (2 are missing). The fibre glass base is finsihed in a gloss red colour. The seat has a foam base and a black leatherette cover that is fitted with press-studs. Two of the press studs are missing.
The bvase is hollow and does not have any bots for fitting. There are holes around the edge of the base unit. I do know this came off an Aermacchi racing bike but don't know which one. There are some scratch marks on the seat base.

Measurements:

Length: 56 cms (22 inches)
Width at the Front where the seat meets the tank: 17 cms (6 3/4 inches)
Width at widest point: 22.5 cms (8 3/4 inches)
Length of Seat Area 25 cms (9 3/4 inches).

Red fibreglass base with racing hump and upholstered seat fitted to the base with press-studs. The seat pad section of this seat is short. Please refer to the measurements below. It is in a very good, second hand condition. There are a few marks on the gloss finish and some marks on the seat upholstery. Please look at the photographs carefully for details. There are 2 bolts on the underside for fixing.

Approximate Measurements:

Length: 48 cms (19 inches)
Width: 18 cms (7 1/4 inches) at the front where the seat meets the tank widening to 19.75 cms (8 inches) at its widest point at the beginning of the hump/end of the seat section.
The bolts are at 133mm hole centres (5 1/8 inches).
Length of Seat Section: 24 cms (8 1/2 inches)

A slim fitting cafe racer seat with a fibreglass base and black upholstered and quilted seat pad. This will not fit a slim-line Norton frame. The seat is almost parallel. There are 4 bolts on teh underside for fixing.

Width: 18 cms (7 inches) at the front where the seat meets the tank widening to (18 cms) 7 1/4 inches at the back of the sat pad where the hump begins.
Seat pad Length: 26 cms (10 1/4 inches)
Hole centres for fixing bolts: 13 cms (5 1/4 inches) The rows of bolts are 16.5 cms (6 1/2 inches apart)

This is a slim cafe racer seat (will not fit the Norton slim line frame) with a fibreglass base and covered in black leatherette with red piping between the hump at the back and the seat area. It has 4 mounting bolts on the underside. There are also 2 tubes beneath the hump on the seat.It looks as though is has never been fitted as the screws/bolts are so clean. The unholstery is in very good condition. There is a slight dome shape almost in the centre of the seat for the mudguard. The seat is almost parallel.

Width: 22 cms (8 3/4 inches) at the front where the seat meets the tank narrowing to 21.5 cms (8 1/2 inches at the back).
